Reiki and Yoga: a powerful healing combination. Ever since I started to teach Yoga, I put my hands on my students shoulders at the end of the lesson. The positive reactions and often astonishing feedbacks led me to Reiki after all.
Reiki is a wonderful method of energy healing, promoting inner peace and well-being. It works on the entire self - mind, body and emotions. Reiki is employed by a light touch slightly above or on the body. The hands will be placed in different positions and the touch can be felt by a sensation like tingling or warmth. Reiki is always working for your highest good. Reiki improves the flow and balance of the energy to support a self-healing process. It increases energy, induces deep relaxation and relieves pain and tension. A Reiki session is deeply soothing and peaceful.
